IMPACT-RESISTANT RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in impact resistance, especially the impact resistance at low temperatures. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) 5-95 wt.% of a graft copolymer prepared by carrying out a graft polymerization of a vinylic monomer with complex rubber particles comprising a silicone rubber and a conjugated diene-based rubber and having 200-800 nm average particle diameter and (B) 5-95 wt.% of a graft copolymer obtained by conducting a graft polymerization of a vinylic monomer with acrylic rubber particles having 10-200 nm average particle diameter and/or a graft copolymer prepared by carrying out a graft copolymerization of the vinylic monomer with silicone rubber particles having 10-200 nm average particle diameter.
