PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film for a photographic print excellent in surface smoothness and capable of obtaining sufficient image density and resolution. SOLUTION: A void-containing polyester film containing a large number of voids therein has an apparent specific gravity of 1.3 or less and an arithmetic mean coarseness of the center line of 0.3 mm or less and has an emulsifier layer provided on at least the single surface thereof and is characterized by that an average light moving distance is 0.15 mm or less.
