PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for slicing processed edible meat, such as ham, to simultaneously slice a plurality of processed edible meat blocks different in length and a kind as weight is individually controlled, thickness is individually controlled, and the number of sliced pieces is individually controlled and besides, changes a slicing angle, and stacks in an arbitrary shape, in a device for slicing a solid food, such as ham. SOLUTION: Since a plurality of ham blocks 1 on a plurality of support lanes 21 are continuously or intermittently conveyed at different speeds to a slice station 10, drive of a main transfer drive means 31 to transfer the ham block on a whole and a subtransfer drive means 35 coping with a plurality of support lanes is performed as control thereof is carried out.
