PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of refuse and conserve resources by providing a structure which can be reused after being unsealed. SOLUTION: In a packaging case made of corrugated fiberboard comprising four body panels A, B, C, D connected laterally through a longitudinal fold line, in a developed form, an adhesive flap E which is connected to a lateral end of the panel A on one end side of the body panels through a longitudinal fold line so as to be bonded to the outer surface of the panel D on the other end side thereof when a body is formed, and cover panels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2 which are connected to the longitudinal opposite ends of the panels A, B, C, D respectively through a lateral fold line, perforations 18, 19 are formed along lateral fold lines on the longitudinal opposite ends of the panel A respectively.
