PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to carry out shipping operations of living poultry by safely and efficiently capturing and transferring the living poultry. SOLUTION: In this capturing and shipping device for living poultry, an air absorption-adjusting valve 2 and several poultry-absorbing openings 3, a gas-solid separator 7 and an absorbing blower 8 are arranged in a main duct pipe 1 for absorbing and transferring an object to be transferred. The capturing and shipping device has an interlocking mechanism in which, when the poultry is captured by a movable poultry-capturing device 4 and the poultry capturing device 4 is inserted into the inlet of a poultry absorbing opening 3, a door is automatically open and, when the capturing device is pulled out, the door is automatically closed. To smoothly keep an air flow flowing in the main duct pipe 1, an inlet air-adjusting valve 2 is installed and a gas-solid separator for accepting the poultry transferred by air in a mild condition and taking out to a working stand 9 for caging is installed. To assist the capturing work by the poultry-capturing device 4, a poultry-separating net capable of being moved up and down in the poultry house is installed.
