PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of a connector-attaching part from generating and growing in an field installed equipment exposured the outside, and improve reliability on corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: A connector-attaching part composed of a recessed part is disposed in a metal-made container 1, and a waterproof packing 3 made from a ring-shaped elastic material is interposed in the connector-attaching part in a push-pressed condition when the connector 2 is attached, and a liquid form rustproof 13 is filled in a space 11 defined in the connector-attaching part, and furthermore a surface part 10 of the connector-attaching part with which the waterproof packing 3 is brought into contact is not coated, and work for improving flatness is applied so as to form this waterproof and dustproof device for field installed equipment.
