PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead plug-contained lamination rubber support body to safely exhibit a tensile force by the outer cylinder of the lamination rubber support body when a tensile force is exerted on an upper structure and provide a prolonged life for a lead plug. SOLUTION: A lamination rubber support body 10 is provided with upper and lower face plates 11a and 11b and a cylindrical hollow part 14 is vertically formed at the central part of the rubber support body where a plurality of steel sheets 12 and rubber sheets 13 are alternately laminated to form a lamination rubber outer cylinder 15. At a hollow part 14, a lead plug cassette member 18 that the outer peripheral surface of a lead plug 16 is covered with a flexible member 17, such as rubber, with a gap X therebetween and formed into a cassette is contained in a hollow part 14 and a lamination rubber outer cylinder 15 and a lead plug cassette member 18 are formed in a separation state.
