EPOXY RESIN SHEET AND CONTINUOUS PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin sheet which can exhibit excellent optical properties even when it is as thin as 500μm or below and to provide a continuous process for producing the same at good efficiency. SOLUTION: Provided are an epoxy resin sheet prepared by forming at least a hard coat layer 1 containing an ethylene oxide/25100C linear saturated hydrocarbon adduct on either surface of a cured sheet 3 comprising an epoxy resin and a continuous process for producing an epoxy resin sheet comprising casting a coating liquid containing a hard coat resin containing an ethylene oxide/25-100C linear saturated hydrocarbon adduct on a support to form a sheet thereon; curing the cast layer to form a hard coat layer; casting a coating liquid of an epoxy resin on the hard coat layer directly or through another superposed layer to form a sheet; curing the sheet to form a cured sheet adhered to the hard coat directly or through the other superposed layer; and recovering the cured sheet together with the hard coat layer from the support.
