PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly restore a room temperature, lowered due to ventilation, without damaging a heater. SOLUTION: When a room temperature is decreased to a value lower than a given value within a given time starting from a time after operation of an operation extension switch 6, it is decided that excessive ventilation is executed, the execution of rapid heating operation is practicable and a room temperature is restored as rapidly as possible. Further, only under a state that a room temperature is reduced to a value lower than a given value, rapid heating operation is executed and comfortable heating is performed without the occurrence of the damage to a combustion part and a heat-exchanger.
