<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simple separation and removal of the particulates and artificial emulsified particles, etc., sticking to toner mother particle surfaces before addition of external additives, etc., produced by a pulverization method, etc., by disposing all static mixer elements in the positions passing the center of a communication pipe when viewed from an end part side which is an outlet and inlet port of the communication pipe. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the communication pipe for allowing the passage of the toner mother particles therein and plural pieces of the static mixer elements 12-1 to 12-6 consisting of bar-shaped bodies disposed at the inside wall of the communication pipe. At this time, the static mixer elements 12-1 to 12-6 are secured and fixed at one end to the inside wall of the communication pipe and the other ends thereof are not secured to the inside wall and are installed in a sate of free ends. Further, all of the static mixer elements 12-1 to 12-6 are arraigned in the position passing the center of the communication pipe when the static mixer elements 12-1 to 12-6 are viewed from the end part side which is the outlet and inlet port of the communication pipe. The toners and air are efficiently agitated and mixed and the particulates, etc., sticking to the toner mother particles may be efficiently separated and removed by such constitution.</p> |
