PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save space and also to make an electric characteristic satisfactory in the mounting structures of a superconducting filter and an LNA. SOLUTION: A superconducting filter case 10 where a superconducting filter 11 is mounted and an LNA case 20 where an LNA 21 to which a signal from the filter 11 is inputted are cooled owing to endoergic by the cold head 32 of a pulse tube type refrigerator 30, the cases 10 and 20 are stacked, the case 10 is arranged at a near side to the head 32 and the case 20 is arranged at a far side from the head 32.
