PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability by performing a piercing process and a connecting process at the same time by the use of locking pieces, and making an flexible printed wiring board(FPC) press-fitting terminal compact, for reducing the number of processes on the premise of an FPC crimp terminal for connecting a core wire for an electric wire or a lead wire for an electric part to an FPC. SOLUTION: This crimp terminal is provided with a bottom plate 11, formed of a flat plate and locking pieces 12 rising from the end of the bottom plate 11. A core wire or a lead wire makes close contact with a conductor for an FPC. When the locking pieces 12 pierce the FPC and the tips of the locking pieces 12 projecting from the FPC are bent toward the bottom plate 11, the core wire or the lead wire and the FPC can be held between the tips of the locking pieces 12 and the bottom plate 11. |
