PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a low cost and high performance ink jet recording head. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing an ink jet recording head having a nozzle plate 12a and an ink channel section 1. At least a part of the ink channel section 1 is made from a piezoelectric body and the nozzle plate 12a and an electrode 12 for driving the piezoelectric body are integrally formed by a method of electrochemical processing.
