PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male screw member, a female screw member and a sealing method allowing simple painting and parts management by coating at least the outer peripheral surface of the male screw member with thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: Fastening is achieved by passing a male screw 13 through a screw insert hole 14 to reach a female screw to be screwed. Subsequently, the male screw 13 is heated, so that thermoplastic resin 5 coated on the male screw 13 is melted to function as a sealing. After a metallic member 11 to be fastened and a metallic member 12 are fastened, coating is applied to both members. Subsequently, the plastic resin 16 coated on the male screw 13 is melted by heat treatment of a drying process conducted after coating, thereby sealing between the shaft part of the male screw 13 and a screw insert hole 14, between the shaft part and the female screw 15, and between the metallic member to be fastened 11 and the lower surface 17 of the screw head part to prevent entering of moisture. Thus, corrosion of the members and the like can be prevented.
