PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antiphlogistic-sedative plaster which has an excellent adhesive property to the movable portion of a human body and can sufficiently exhibit both the medicinal effects of an antiphlogistic-sedative medicine and a thermosensitive irritant, by forming an adhesive layer containing the antiphlogistic-sedative medicine and the thermosensitive irritant on a support comprising an elastic polyethylene non-woven fabric. SOLUTION: This antiphlogistic-sedative plaster is obtained by forming an adhesive layer containing an antiphlogistic-sedative medicine such as a non- steroidal antiinflammatory agent selected from ketoprofen, indomethacin, flurbiprofen and felbinac and a thermosensitive irritant such as red pepper extract, capsaicine or nonylic acid vannilylamide on a support comprising an elastic polyethylene non-woven fabric preferably having a base weight of 70-150 g/m2 and a breaking stress of 4.0-20 N/15 mm. The adhesive layer preferably contains the antiphlogistic-sedative medicine in an amount of 0.5-7 wt.% and the thermosensitive irritant in an amount of 0.001-0.3 wt.%. |
