FOOD FOR PREVENTING AND CURING GASTRITIS, PEPTIC ULCER AND DUODENAL ULCER

PURPOSE: Food is provided to prevent gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, which has an efficiency on inhibiting the infection and growth of Helicobacter pylori. CONSTITUTION: An antibody potency of Helicobacter pylori is increased by isolating a specific virulent factor of Helicobacter pylori and using the same as antigen. An infection and growth of Helicobacter pylori is repressed by using lactic acid bacteria like Lactococcus sp. HY 49, Lactobacillus casei HY 2782, Bifidobacteria longum HY 8001 having repression activity at food. A prevention effect and curing effect are increased by using antibody and lactic acid bacteria repressing Helicobacter pylori together.
