PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool the heating part of an electronic apparatus effectively without supplying outer air. SOLUTION: The cooler comprises jet generating means 4, 5 for jetting fluid toward a heating element 2 through drive sources 4a, 4b, a duct 10 for returning the fluid jetted from the jet generating means 4, 5 toward the heating element 2 back to the fluid jetted from the jet generating means 4, 5, and a heat exchanging means 3 disposed in the way of the duct 10 in order to radiate eat of the fluid to the outside. Jet flow in a closed circuit formed by the duct 10 is jetted to the heating element 2 thus cooling the heating element 2.
