<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular disc brake including a slide pin for supporting a caliper body and capable of being mounted on a caliper bracket accurately and certainly using a simple structure, to reduce the manufacturing costs, and secure good slidability of the caliper body. SOLUTION: A pin mounting hole 3b is punched off for mounting of a slide pin 4 on a caliper bracket 3. The extra material due to punching off is laid as buildup at the periphery of either opening of the hole 3b, wherein the length L of the hole 3b is made greater than the plate thickness (t) of the caliper bracket 3. A flange 4c for preventing slipping-off is formed in a position nearer the slide pin 4 circumferentially. The slide pin 4 is fitted by pressure from the counter-disc rotor side of the pin mounting hole 3b, and the flange 4c is abutted to the peripheral surface of the opening on the counter-disc rotor side of the pin mounting hole 3b and mounted on the caliper bracket 3.</p> |
