PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and noise, to prevent the abrasion of gears even when the output of an electric actuator is increased and to prevent the deterioration of durability by molding one or more of gears with a material added with a solid lubricant for improving abrasion resistance to a synthetic resin base material. SOLUTION: A worm wheel 10, which is a reduction gear of the rotation of a motor 8, is molded with a material added with a solid lubricant to a synthetic resin base material and preferably added with a fiber-reinforced material. When the material of the worm wheel 10 is filled in a mold die inserted with a sleeve 11, a worm wheel raw material integrated with the sleeve 11 is formed, and gear cutting is applied to the outer periphery of the worm wheel raw material to mold the worm wheel 10. Any lubricant capable of improving the abrasion resistance of the base material of the worm wheel 10 may be used for the solid lubricant. |
