PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a resin coated steel panel having wide use aptitude from acidity to alkalinity, especially excellent in use aptitude within a surfactant and capable of being produced in low cost. SOLUTION: A surface treated steel panel of which the surface becoming the inner surface of a can has surface roughness Ra of 0.040μm or less and the number of projected parts exceeding 25μinch per in2 of 120 PPI or less is used as a material steel panel and a plurality of resin layers comprising a polyethylene resin are provided on at least the surface becoming the inner surface of the can of the surface treated steel panel in a total thickness of 20-80μm and at least the resin layer coming into contact with the content of a can among a plurality of resin layers comprising a polypropylene resin with an m.p. of 150 deg.C or higher and/or a polymethyl pentene resin and the resin layer thereunder comprises a copolymer of polypropylene containing ethylene and/or unsaturated hydrocarbon having a C5 or more carbon chain as a comonomer. |
