PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize and decrease background in analysis, to reduce a determination error in repeated use, and to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of analysis by using porous glass where organic gas is adsorbed at specific concentration, or the like. SOLUTION: Air containing gas to be analyzed is allowed to pass through an adsorption collection pipe 2 being filled with porous glass 1, and target organic gas is adsorbed by the porous glass at a predetermined concentration. After that, the adsorption collection pipe 2 is mounted to a heater 3, and at the same time a gas taking-out tube 4 is connected to an analysis measurement device 5. The heater 34 is subjected to temperature control by a computer 7 via an electronic circuit 6 for controlling temperature. The heater 3 is set to specific temperature for heating, a concentration organic glass molecule being adsorbed by the porous glass 1 is condensed and collected by heating desorption for introducing to the analysis measurement device 5 via the tube 4, and the organic gas is analyzed for measurement. In this manner, the thermally stable porous glass 1 is used for performing condensation collection due to the adsorption collection and heating desorption of the organic gas.
