PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification composite generating system having a syn form gas holder in an emergency to effect discharge without any trouble, in discharge of gasified gas in a system to the outside of a system in an emergency. SOLUTION: This gasification cogeneration power system is formed so that a gasification system 10 to generate gasified gas by reaction of fed fuel and an oxidant to each other, a gasifying refining system 11 to refine gasified gas, a gas turbine 12 to generate a power by using refined gasified gas, and an exhaust heat recovery boiler 13 to generate a power by recovering the heat of combustion gas generated by the gas turbine 12 are interconnected, in the order. The gasification cogeneration power system is provided with a syn form gas holder 30 introducing gasified gas in the gasification system 10 and in the gasifying refining system 11. In case of emergency, gasified gas in the gasification system 10 and the gasifying refining system 11 is held in the core gas holder 30 and the held gasified gas is supplied in small quantities to a flare stack 24 for combustion and discharge. |
