<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated layer peeling device of cutting a coated layer of resin coated metal pipe finely and positively without any surface flaw on the coated layer peeled pipe. SOLUTION: The coated layer peeling device 10 is fixed to a trestle 11 and on the trestle 11 and is supported on the trestle 11 movable to a lengthwise with a fixed chuck 13 which holds a coated metal pipe 3 that will be delaminated in a predetermined axial position and holds the predetermined axial position of the coated metal pipe 3. And it has a moving chuck 12 which has a moving unit 20, movable cutter which is holed between two rolls, multiple receiver roller and a notch unit 14 which has a rotary drive unit 46. After the coated metal pipe 3 is holed with both chuck device 12, 13, the movable cutter rotates around the coated metal pipe and notches it. And the moving chuck 12 moves to the axial direction and peels the coated layer from the pipe member.</p> |
