PURPOSE: An automatic half-clutch system is provided to start vehicle in a half-clutch state even if a clutch pedal is fully released. CONSTITUTION: An automatic half-clutch system consists of a gear lever sensor, a clutch sensor, an engine rpm(revolutions per minute) sensor, a clutch actuator and an ECU(electronic control unit). When a driver steps off a clutch pedal, the gear lever sensor checks if a gear lever is in a first speed range and the engine rpm sensor checks if the engine rpm is reduced more than a predetermined value. Then, the clutch actuator is operated with the signal of the ECU and a clutch is half fixed. After that, the clutch actuator releases the clutch when the driver steps on an accelerator pedal.
