<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance trimming circuit in which the number of adjusting terminals is very small. SOLUTION: A series circuit consisting of a diode 9 and a face 10 connected in parallel in a first resistor 6 for trimming. By applying a reverse voltage of the diode 9 to a first and second adjusting terminals 11, 12, the diode 9 is turned into a short-circuited state, and the first resistor 6 for trimming can be turned into a short-circuited state. By making a current flow for fusing the fuse 10 from the first and the second adjusting terminals 11, 12, the fuse 10 is fused. A third resistor 8 for trimming is connected in parallel with a series connection of the first and the second resistors 6, 7 for trimming, and a resistance value can be changed.</p> |
