The rotor consists of a base frame (1) and segments (9) fitted in it. The frame has an upper plane (2) and a lower plane (3) connected by transverse bars (4). The upper and lower planes consist of round support elements held together by connecting rods (7). The segments, with the frame, form the side walls of the flow channels and the cover and bottom plates.
