PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe having a non-circular cross section to utilize different cross sections. SOLUTION: The hate pipe 10 includes an evaporator end cap 40, a condenser end cap 50, and heat exchange fins 60, and each of the fins 60 has a heat exchange fin spacer 65 at each corner thereof to support the fins on one another in spaced apart relationship. The fins 60 are joined to the surface of a container body 30 of the pipe 10 by zinc plating.
