EPOXY-BASE CELL SUBSTRATE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a transparent inorganic oxide layer with good adhesive strength, to stick a transparent electrically conductive film by way of the transparent inorganic oxide layer with good adhesive strength and to produce a heat resistant epoxy resin-base cell substrate practically usable as a liquid crystal cell substrate or the like. SOLUTION: A spread layer 22 of a UV-curing epoxy resin coating solution is formed on a sheetlike spread layer 12 of a hot-curing epoxy resin coating solution, the spread layer 22 is cured 23 by irradiation with UV and the spread layer 12 is cured 13 by heating to form a cured sheet comprising a hot-cured epoxy resin layer 1 and a UV-cured epoxy resin layer 2 superposed in close contact with each other. A transparent inorganic oxide layer is formed on the UV-cured epoxy resin layer 1 of the cured sheet to obtain the objective epoxy resin-base cell substrate excellent in heat resistance.
