PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission circuit that suppresses production of a high frequency noise in spite of a small circuit scale. SOLUTION: Each of output circuits 1a, 1b built in an IC package 10, energized by a power supply, and connected to a ground point is configured to drive a couple of electric cables via a transformer 2, and a circuit consisting of connection among a resistor R1, a capacitor C1, and a capacitor C2 and a resistor R2 is provided in a winding of the transformer 2 at the IC package 10 side. One terminal of the resistor R1 is connected to the output circuit 1a and the other terminal is connected to one terminal of the capacitor C1, one terminal of the resistor R2 is connected to the output circuit 1b and the other terminal is connected to one terminal of the capacitor C2, the capacitors C1, C2 are connected and its connecting output terminal receives a ground voltage.
