PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of odd (or fractional) article management and also to accurately and efficiently perform the management. SOLUTION: When a display instruction of an instruction picture for odd warehousing work is performed in a terminal 4, the number of residual articles checked by a number of articles confirmation sensor in each actuals warehousing device 1 is acquired, the number of stored residual actuals which is determined the previous day in an odd storage cabinet 7 is simultaneously acquired, the device 1 which is the device 1 whose number of residual actuals (odd) is the most and also where work is completed at the shortest actuals movement distance in the device 1 arrangement layout manner is decided on the basis of the results of the number of residual articles, the number of actuals to be moved there, the estimated device 1 according to actuals movement,...and the number of residual actuals in the cabinet 7 are calculated, and each number of residual actuals and the movement decision results of actuals are shown on a displaying part 45.
