<p>The invention relates to the compounds of formula (I), e.g. (2S) -3,3 -Dimethyl -1 -(-2-(3-(2-(3-pyridyl)ethyl) -1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl) -pyrrolidin-1-yl) -pentane -1,2-dione 3- (2-(3-pyridyl)ethyl) -5-[(2S) -1-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenylglyoxyloyl) -pyrrolidin -2-yl] 1,2,4 -oxadiazole, as well as their use for treatment and prevention of neurodegeneration, for stimulation of neuronal regeneration, for treatment of neurological diseases and for stimulation of neurite growth.</p> |
