PURPOSE: A sporting equipment is provided, which is used for jumping as an exercise, to give the light-heartedness in its operation, offers various capability thereof, comprising resiliently controlling it using plate springs, controlling the width of an up-and-down motion and maintaining a horizontal state of a stepping plate, and, further obtains the safety in its operation and the easiness of transferring it for users to any site to be wanted, as well as gives the lower cost for its production. CONSTITUTION: A sporting equipment is thoroughly illustrated in figure 1. Referring to fig 1, a fixation plate(5) and a stepping plate(14) are first combined by knuckle pins(4) in both sides of a stepping plate connecting an operation member(16), and a stepping plate horizontal hold connecting a operation member(15). A plate spring(11) can be functioned by an action point operation bolt(17). The control of the resilience for the plate spring(11) can be done, as a plate spring support moving plate(7) is moved by rotating a horizontal moving axis(8) having screw peaks for moving the plate(7). In addition to the foregoing various characteristics, the control of an up-and-down motion can be performed as the handling for length of the action point operation bolt(17), if desired.
