<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnostic method for a motor driving device capable of analyzing an abnormality cause when abnormality occurs. SOLUTION: When abnormality is detected in a step S1, the abnormality factor is decided in a step S5, abnormality contents, e.g. an error number are stored in a nonvolatile memory in a step S6, abnormality diagnostic data stored in a RAM is further traced back from a RAM pointer and stored in the nonvolatile memory in a step S7, and the processing of this cycle is finished. It is possible to confirm the contents of the abnormality that takes places and the occurrence cause by reading the abnormality contents and the abnormality diagnostic data stored in the nonvolatile memory.</p> |
