PURPOSE: Provided is a vinyl house including a heat insulating curtain capable of opening and shutting horizontally and lifting up and down, which can cut down a heating cost by reducing the heating space being blocked by the curtain. CONSTITUTION: The vinyl house composed of a house frame(2) and a vinyl sheet(3) or glass includes a plurality of winding drums(16) placed on a driving axis(14) rotated by an opening and shutting motor(12), a wire(18) wound around the drums and guided by a plurality of rollers(R1,R2,R3), a curtain opening and shutting device(20) having a heat insulating curtain(10) hung from the wire and vertically opened and shut as normal or reverse rotation of the winding drums, a support frame(32) supporting the opening and shutting device, and a curtain lifting device(30) lifting the support frame. The curtain lifting device comprises a wire(34) hung from the support frame, a lifting winding drum(37) for winding up the wire and a lifting motor(35) contacted with the winding drum operatively.
