PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient data updating method by which a client/server system can be expanded flexibly by minimizing the transmitted amount of table updating data which are transmitted to a business data base in large quantities. SOLUTION: The user program 33 of a client computer 30 acquires the processing request made from a user by operating the computer 30 and registers the data inputted by the user, the terminal number identifying the registered user, and a business management serial number specifying a business request in trigger processing interface data bases 16-18. The user programs 160-180 of a client server computer 10 acquire the data registered by the client computer 30 and executes table updating processing on decided plural business data based.
