ANALOG/DIGITAL CONVERTING METHOD

PURPOSE: An analog/digital converting method is provided to enhance the reliability of operations through the reduction of ambient influences by basically reducing the aperture delay and the aperture jitter. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: discharging electric charges within a capacitive array by a start command; obtaining an input signal during discharging the electric charges; finishing an obtaining mode at the same time the discharging is finished; fixing a final value by performing a consecutive approximation routine during a certain cycle; and initializing a start mode and an obtain mode of an offset sampling after fixing the final value and returning to a waiting state of the start command, to thereby enhance the reliability of operations.
