PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to charge electricity with self-swing force generated by movement of human. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a power generator(100) generating the self-swing force, a power delivery part(200) transmitting the generated force selectively to an electric generator(400), and a power switching part(300) transferring the force. A handle(330) is inserted to a case(600) to cut off the elastic force of a lever(310) provided by a spring(320) so the lever(310) shifts a shaft(210) to a position at which driving(120) and linked(230) gears are linked each other. Then the power is transferred to a charging part(500) along a power delivery line(700).
