发明名称 METHOD FOR PREDICTING DEGREE OF WIDTHWISE CONTRACTION WHILE COOLING THICK STEEL PLATE AFTER ROLLING
摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to elevate thickness layering ratio in a completed product by accurately predicting widthwise contracting degree due to cooling a thick steel plate after rolling using a reversible roller. CONSTITUTION: An approximate value is obtained by linearly approximating thicknesswise contracting amount during cooling after rolling. A contraction compensation coefficient is obtained by considering a transformational expansion amount by transformation occurring in cooling by using the approximate. Data needed for the contraction compensation coefficient is obtained via a continuous cooling test by the sort of steel. The beginning time, the finishing time and the transformational expansion amount are obtained by regression analysis by the most effective elements by using the data. A contraction compensation coefficient(TF) is obtained by using the regression equation and contraction coefficient before and after transformation. The contracted thickness is obtained by using the contraction compensation coefficient(TF).
