PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a top plate and leg column of a desk capable of not only strongly attaching a wiring duct to a reinforcing rib with an excellent appearance but also integrally connecting both reinforcing ribs and reinforcing strength. SOLUTION: This wiring duct 16 is attached along the inner surface of the reinforcing ribs 8a and 8b on a wide width side, the appearance of the wiring duct 16 is improved and a connection member 12 is strongly attached to the reinforcing ribs 8a and 8b. Further, since a projectingly provided member 14 projectingly provided integrally from an attaching plate 13 is fixed to both reinforcing ribs 8a and 8b at both ends of a reinforcing member 8, both reinforcing ribs 8a and 8b are integrally connected and the strength is reinforced.
