PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box in which a lid panel and a bottom panel can be easily cut away without using any cutter and the like and folded and dust caused by cutting a connected part is not produced. SOLUTION: There is provided a packing box in which each of end panels 21, 22, 23 and 24 is extended from one end of four side panels 13, 14 forming side surfaces, and after one of the opposing end panels 21, 23 is bent, the other opposing end panels 22, 24 are bent, connected to each other and sealed. Each of the other pair of end panels 22, 24 is formed with slit lines 110, 110 composed of substantial 'semi-U-shaped' slits gradually expanding from the substantial central part of the end section toward an interface part with the side panel. A non-contacted portion 120 of the end panels 22, 24 is pulled up, thereby it can be easily cut from a connected part 130, folded and further during this operation, no dust is produced.
