<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute ranks well-balanced as a whole by automatically assigning ranks to each data to be evaluated only by setting an occupancy ratio in each rank. SOLUTION: When an arbitrary pattern among each occupancy ratio pattern registered in an occupancy ratio pattern table 10 is selected by an inputting operation, an occupancy ratio in each rank corresponding to this is read and set. A CPU 1 decides the rank of each person based on the set occupancy ratio in each rank and the evaluation point of each employee stored in an individual evaluation point file 8, and assigns the rank to the record of each employee.</p> |
