PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off substrate material surely intercepting the entering of blowing-up rainwater from the bottom in a fitting structure of the substrate material for a roof type joint cover material covering a skeleton clearance between adjoining buildings and a coping type cover material covering the upper surface of a skeleton. SOLUTION: Suspension parts 12, 12 are arranged in the both sides of a substrate body part 11 having a recess groove 111 formed in the skeleton clearance width direction or the upper surface short side direction and a flashing piece 121 is erectedly formed in the suspension part 12 in such a state as closing the recess groove part 111. This constitution can prevent even rain water blowing up from the bottom from entering into a roof type joint cover material and a coping type cover material through the recess groove part 111.
