<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid influences of a cutting distortion on a glass substrate edge part, and restrict temperature gradient within the substrate by a method, wherein a solar cell is mechanically supported by a support member in a part other than an edge part where the cutting distortion of a glass plate is remained. SOLUTION: A heat-insulating material spacer 13 of thermal conductive coefficient 10-3 W/cm. deg.C or less is installed between a solar cell 10 and an aluminum-made frame 11. Furthermore, a sealing material 12 made of butyl rubber for enhancing adhesion and protecting an end face of the solar cell 10 is installed between the solar cell 10 and the heat-insulating material spacer 13. In this manner, the solar cell 10 is mechanically supported by an aluminum- made frame 11 in a part inside an edge part in the periphery of the solar cell 10. Thus, it is possible to avoid influences from cutting distortion on the glass substrate edge part of the solar cell 10, and a temperature gradient within the substrate can be restricted.</p> |
