PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield flat cable improved in the electric performance thereof while reducing the generation of cross talk and capable of being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: In this cable 10, a wiring layer 1 arranged between insulating film layers 3a, 3b in the vertical direction and provided with plural conductors in parallel with each other by the insulating adhesive agent is covered by surface shield layers 4a, 4b. Every two conductors 2 are electrically continued by the surface shield layers 4a, 4b and a through hole 5 so as to form a shield.
