PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To partially automate the suction of specimen from a specimen cell and its disposal to improve the working efficiency, and also solve a sanitary problem in a specimen suction unit and a specimen suction device using it. SOLUTION: This specimen suction unit is formed of a substantially cylindrical suction unit body 4 having a fluid passage in the inner part, a substantially hollowed cylindrical suction chip 5a mounted on the outside surface of one end part of the suction unit body 4, a chip attaching and detaching member 7 arranged slidably on the outside surface of the suction unit body 4, and an elastic member 9 for energizing an elastic force to the chip attaching and detaching member 7 in the direction from one end part of the suction unit body 4 toward the center area.
