PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably lock a set level without any error by screwing a lock nut provided with a hook piece hooked on the projection edge of the female screw cylinder of a stand on a screw rod and locking the position relation of the screw rod and the stand female screw cylinder. SOLUTION: An intermediate rotation part 22 is operated so as to position a screw rod 2 in an intermediate part between a stand female screw cylinder 1 and a floor bearing female screw cylinder 3, and the bearing level of the whole bundle is adjusted to perform level matching. Next, hook pieces 41, 41 on upper and lower lock nuts 4, 4 are hooked on the projection edges 11, 31 of screw cylinders 1, 3 respectively. Next, when the nuts 4, 4 are rotated to be tightened, a knurling tool B2 cut on the end face of the cylinder parts 12, 32 of the screw cylinders 1, 3 and a braking part B1 constituted of another knurling tool cut on the end face of the nuts 4, 4 are engaged to display rotation stop action. Thereby a floor level in which the screw cylinders 1, 3 and the rod are set can be stably lock in a state where the braking part has no error.
