PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing agent composition capable of sealing the end portions of the openings of pipe structures to protect the pipe structures from the invasion of rain water (including acidic rain water) and flied sea water salt particles causing the corrosion of the pipe structures, the pollution of the sounds of blowing winds, and the short circuits of high voltage power cables due to bird nests or snakes. SOLUTION: This sealing agent composition comprises a polyoxyalkylenepolyol, a foaming agent, an organic polyisocyanate and a xylene resin. When the sealing agent composition is used for sealing the opened end portion of a pipe structure, a polyol component comprising the polyoxyalkylenepolyol, the foaming agent and the xylene resin and an organic polyisocyanate are mixed with each other in a state preventing the invasion of water, and then injected into the pipe structure from its opening end portion.
