PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor accommodating seat for a car in which a seat cushion can freely follow to an accommodating position of a seat back when the seat cushion is interlocked with a front-collapsing of the seat back and is accommodated along a floor while the seat cushion is superposed at a lower side of the seat back. SOLUTION: An upper position than a lower end of a seat back 2a is pivotally supported to a support frame 5 vertically provided on a floor 1. The lower end of the seat back 2a is pivotally supported to a base end of a seat cushion 2b. A lower end of an outer cylinder is pivotally supported to the floor 1 and an upper end of a slider is pivotally supported to the seat cushion 2b so as to support the seat cushion 2b at a usual position by a link 10 constituted by the outer cylinder and the slider slidably accommodated in the outer cylinder.
