PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for processing thickets and a machine and method issuing tickets which are improved in serviceability for users and can be utilized smoothly by users. SOLUTION: When a ticket processor accepts money thrown in by a user in such a case that a plural condition buttons are required to be pressed down in accordance with a prescribed operating procedure, the processor flickers the condition button to be set first, for example, a purchase condition button 210A and, when the processor detects the depression of the button, tuns on the purchase condition confirmation lamp of a processing state displaying guide 230. Then the processor flickers the condition button to be set next, for example, a ticket type condition button 210B so as to make the user recognize the next necessary operation. Whenever processing is confirmed, the processor turns on each confirmation lamp of the guide 230.
