PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick set form tie capable of rapidly and securely fixing it to an optional position of juxtaposed pipes and making use of it for stably receiving various kinds of tools and members by only passing one of a pair of set plates fastened by bolts and nuts through the gap between the juxtaposed pipes or the like and pushing it out to the rear side and further, fastening it with bolts and nuts so as to correspond to the other set plate. SOLUTION: Two juxtaposed pipes 1, 1 or the like are put in between receiving recesses 2a, 3a correspondingly provided in a pair of set plates 2, 3, and these set plates 2, 3 are fastened by bolts and nuts 4, 5 to fix them to the juxtaposed pipes or the like 1, 1. One 2 of these set pieces of the form tie A is formed to have a passable width to the gap between the juxtaposed pipes 1, 1 and fixed to one end of the bolt 4 and the other 3 is fitted loose to the bolt 4, and the nut 5 screwed with the bolt 4 is positioned at the back thereof.
